I took a semester abroad at the Australian National Univeristy (ANU) in Canberra, #32 world ranked university.
Here, I succesfully followed High Performance Computing, teaching me how to optimize large computations in C. I also got my Computer Vision literature updated to the latest state of the art, and learned how to provably optimally solve optimization problems (e.g. energy distribution in countries).
